As I have managed a large number of projects I have greater ‘purchase power’.  I can then further negotiate either further reductions or upgrades.  I have knowledge of the best materials to use and systems that work to further get the best use of your budget.  I pass on all the negotiated costs and ‘professional’ discounts I receive.

This saving is a bonus to my actual job of delivering on your project.


My honorary fee is usually 9% of your initial budget, based on the scale and demands. This is a 10-35% reduction already on most management fees and covers all project management, site visits and reporting.
